ACES 2019 Proposals
The submission portal closed on January 31.
Proposal decisions were sent to first authors on April 15. The notification was sent from Cvent, so please check your spam/junk folders. If you did not receive notification, please contact Jennifer Cook, 2019 Conference Proposal Chair, jennifer.cook@marquette.edu
All information regarding author changes, the process by which to accept your offered presentation slot, and first author registration requirements are in the acceptance email.
Please note the following deadlines:
-- May 15, 5pm CDT: Deadline to accept or decline one’s presentation offer (via Cvent)
-- June 15, 5pm CDT: Last day to make authorship changes (via Cvent)
-- August 9, 11:59pm PDT: Last day for first authors to register for the conference.
